The delivery services run from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same day. Depending on volume, orders placed after 3pm may also be processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday. Unforeseen circumstances can delay processing an order. This will not affect the shipping chosen and paid for by you as the same method will be used or we will upgrade the shipping for you at no extra cost.
In the unlikely event that your order is out of stock or unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible. We will retain your order until it becomes available or will cancel your order for a full refund. If during this period you would prefer to cancel your order rather than wait for it please let us know.
If part of your order is out of stock or unavailable we will notify you as soon as possible. We will either ship part of your order and retain the remainder or will retain your whole order until the remainder becomes available. We may also cancel and refund the items out of stock or the whole order. If you prefer a cancellation please let us know.
A choice of shipping will be provided based on the weight, value, size and delivery address on the order. The delivery charge is system generated based on this information.

The delivery options are an estimate for the expected delivery and are not a guarantee. We cannot be held responsible for any delays by the courier company.
If the courier returns your order to us because of the delivery being refused, no one present at the address to accept the delivery or because of incorrect address details we will assume the order to be cancelled and will issue a refund less the shipping both ways as we are charged by the courier to have orders to returned to us.
If an order is undelivered for any reason we will work with both you and the courier to resolve the issue.
